How do I place an order?


When you click an Order link, you will be taken to our secure server where you will review your items. At this point, you will submit your order for processing in an easy step-by-step manner. Orders can also be taken over the phone at: 888-468-5800.

What are your security policies?


Our on-line ordering system uses the latest in Secure Encryption Technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security and precautions. Our system also has safeguards in place to protect against credit card fraud. Individuals attempting the fraudulent use of a credit card will be reported.

What is the best shipping method?


The old saying "Time is money" is the best way to determine a shipping method. The faster the shipping the higher the cost. We have found over the years, that for items under 4 pounds shipped within the Continental United States, choosing Three Day Priority Mail is the best value and the fastest delivery time. Larger orders (over 4 pounds) or orders which are in need of insurance are more economically shipped UPS or FedEx ground.

What are your shipping rates and policies?

Once FeelGoodFood.com has received your order, it will be filled and shipped by USPS unless other shipping methods are requested.

Canadian and International order shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping option you select when completing your order and may be subject to change once reviewed. If you have a question about the calculated shipping cost, please call 630-355-7746.

What about orders shipped out side of the United States?


Orders under 4 pounds, placed outside of the United States, are usually shipped Global Priority Mail, 3 to 5 business days and is your best value. Orders over 4 pounds, will be shipped either Surface or Air. Delivery time for Surface packages will be between 4 to 6 weeks, Air delivery will take from 7 to 10 business days. Pricing on these orders vary significantly, the saying; time is money especially applies to over seas orders. Please check with customs or you local post office to determine if additional charges will be applied to the order. We have no way of knowing what these charges might be or if they apply to packages sent; therefore we can not be responsible for these charges. Delivery times are estimates given to us by the carrier and we can not be responsible for delivery time on an order once it is picked-up.

How soon will my order be shipped?


Most in-stock items are shipped the next business day from the Chicago area. We know you are anxious to receive what you have ordered so we will make every effort of get your order to you as fast as we can.

Do you ship orders everyday?


We do not process orders on the weekend. If you place an order after 12 noon Central Standard Time on Friday, the order will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Free shipping items will be shipped first class mail USPS within the United States or Global Priority Mail outside of the United States.

Can I return my product for a refund?


Call or email for authorization before returning any product. Refund will be given for all unopened and undamaged products returned to us with authorization. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from refund as well as shipping and handling charges. Customer satisfaction is important to us. A knowledgeable customer service representative will be more than happy to discuss concerns regarding the use and expectations with whole food supplements, etc. We can not be responsible for individual results when following recommendations in books or from whole food products taken or test results. We are all biochemically unique and results will vary accordingly.
