Week One

The Internal Cleansing Kit™ begins with support and cleansing of your liver & gallbladder. You will continue supporting and cleansing your liver for the entire cleanse by taking Liver & Gallbladder Rejuvenator™. As with most of the formulas in the Internal Cleansing Kit™ you will be taking it three times per day: before breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

As with the Colon Cleansing Kit™ you can control the strength of your cleanse by varying what and how much you eat. By eating less and/or easier to digest foods you will have a deeper cleanse. The Water Cure Recipe

Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water daily. Example: 180 lb = 90 oz. of water daily. Divide that into 8 or 10 oz. glasses and that's how many glasses you will need to drink, daily. Use 1/4 tsp. of unprocessed crystal rock salt for every quart of water you drink. Use crystal rock salt liberally with food. As long as you drink the water, you can use the salt. It only has three minerals in it. Avoid caffeinated or alcoholic drinks. These are diuretics and will dehydrate you. Barley

Barley, like wheat, is a highly nutritious grain and is mentioned close to 40 times in the Bible. In ancient Israel, its growing season and harvest actually came before wheat and it was the first crop of the year.
