This summer I discovered the home test pH kit. I am now alkaline because of the help from the kit. I live an hours drive from a place that has the kit and was wondering if I can order it from your company and how much it is. My friend is in need to get to alkaline asap and this is one way I can start to help her. She tested so low acid while ago. Thank you for a response. I did not want to wait until morning to call.

I am sure you hear this all the time but... THANK YOU FOR FIGURING THIS OUT!!!!!

I am 41 years old and have suffered from countless symptoms of general 'un-wellness' for most of my adult life. Typical western medicine has only done more harm (antibiotics). Most of my 'un-wellness' I have traced back to systemic candida overgrowth. I was recently diagnosed with abnormal ductal hyperplasia (ADH) a 'pre-cancerous' stage of breast cancer.

I quit my job 6 weeks ago and have been focusing on caring for my self and 'de-stressing', I took the opportunity this morning to go to Whole Foods and found your pH Kit. I can not tell you how many times over the last 15 years I have wondered why there was no easy way to check my pH to help keep the candida in control.

When I told my mom about my 'pre-cancer' she asked me 'so, what caused this?'. I originally told her I would need to take better care of myself and eat better, but I had no idea how I was going to do that, now I have a way to determine what makes my body chemistry work optimally! Your kit provides me the tool I have wondered about for 15 years. Thank you does not seem like nearly enough.

Dear Deborah;

I have a question. I have studied and followed pH balancing guidelines for many years. Recently I have tried to lose a few pounds. The harder I tried, the worse my ph became. I have seen your book and it has always caught my eye. So I bought it realizing that there is a good reason for my dilemma and maybe I would find the answer in your material. I had been using a lot of Bragg's apple cider vinegar to help with the weight, I began to suspect it may not be alkalizing. My trusted advisor at the Natural Market where I shop believed apple cider vinegar to be alkalizing. Your book confirmed my suspicions and now my pH has quickly returned to the healthy range. Thank you so much.

But this all makes me wonder about something else. I am just amazed at how resilient and tuff the body is to put-up with all the abuse that most people put their bodies through. It would seem they should be dead along time ago, but they aren't. Do you have any comments about this apparent dilemma?

Hi Tim,

Thank you for purchasing one of our pH kits. The human body is an amazing miracle of nature. Because of the buffering system we have a lot of alkaline reserves (bones, teeth, tissues to alkalize and fat, cholesterol to neutralize). People ARE dying young. The human body is designed to live to 120 - 140 years, the average life span is around 75. My mother is in a nursing home (she would never listen to me) and trust me, those people in the home are surviving not living. Modern medicine keeps people's hearts beating, and we have confused growing old with becoming more mature.

We live in a culture where people are confused about health. The elderly believe that without medicine they would not be alive. Perhaps they are right. I guess it depends on a persons idea of what being alive means. I am delighted that you have seen for yourself what vinegar does to people. "Experts" can say anything, but the pH paper doesn't lie.

I purchased your kit and guide last week and am puzzled by the wide discrepancy between my urine readings (5.6) and saliva readings 7.4 - 7.6. Could you please reconcile and tell me which one is accurate.

I understand Diabetes very well.......My father is type 1 insulin and my mother type 2 med. I have made it a point to learn about it and how Obesity and Diabetes go hand in hand. It is really close to my heart because of what my father has gone thru. With his triple by pass he had to go on a special diet and between his Doctor and I we finally convinced him the South Beach Diet would be better for him. He is now doing great. He turned 71 last May and he looks so much healthier. It was enough to convince my mother to go on it too since she had heart problems. I had told them both years ago not to go on the Atkins diet but they did not listen to me or anyone else. All the red meats were the problem for them. They ate it like it was going out of style. Now they know better. God be with you in all you do.

I'm so impressed to hear from the "Food Coach" herself! I didn't mean for you to rearrange any of the color blocks. I meant to leave them in the same order and in the same position but just to put the numbers from the top row under those color blocks so that your customers would be able to read the numbers a little more easily.

What fascinated me about your message was the information about alkaline-forming and acidic-forming foods, so the ingestor would consider the ash residue end result after digestion. I tried to explain that as simply as I could to my friend Antoinette Arianna last night by e-mail--not easy. This week I'm meeting with a neighbor who switched from vegetarianism to veganism in June and who has been trying to get her and her husband's urine to the ideal 7.365 alkaline pH level; BUT even though they eat the same things, he's slightly acidic and she's overly alkaline. Me, I've been at the 5.8 pH level for 2 months, so I've got to order your "Feel Good Food Guide" and see what I've been doing wrong. I'm always up for another challenge!

Attn: Marketing Department, I'm enjoying using your Home Test pH Kit to measure my urine pH. I appreciated the information in the booklet about acid/alkaline-forming foods, because I'm trying to alkalize my body to the 6.8 pH level. In my enthusiasm, I've already passed this information on to two people, one of whom already bought theirs!

The dispenser's colors from pH 5.5 to 8,0 are so useful because from pH 5.8 they are in 0.2 increments (as opposed to another product's 2.0 increments) and they tell you what pH number your urine is at. Since it's hard to read the top-row numbers from pH 5.5 to 6.5 because of the projection on the dispenser, it occurred to me that these numbers might be relocated to the bottom of those color blocks.

hey, guess what? My dentist's partner was on the radio and all he talked about was how important pH of the mouth is!! They work together teaching other dentists...so i thought it was funny I never heard this from him. Anyhow, thank you so much for getting this word out to so many... i know how important it is!!

i didn't realize that gum disease is mostly due to bone loss and not really the gums wearing away, he said it's from acid!! Interesting to hear this!! =)

I purchased your kit, and while it says I should check my urine first thing in the morning, I have one concern....
I take vitamins and minerals normally after dinner and before bed, and I am thinking this might effect my test result as in the morning, my urine is still a dark yellow from the vitamins and minerals.
What would you suggest?
I like the information I read in your booklet, and I'm doing what I can to learn more about taking better care of myself.

My mother has just been diagnosed with colon cancer and it has probably spread to her liver @ the least, she has no health insurance thanks to our "booming" economy, age discrimination, and you name it. My question is, if cancer cannot exist in a body with proper ph, do you in your opinion feel that correcting her ph can help fight it. I of course am terrified of her prognosis and so is she. I realize that you can only offer and opinion but we are grasping at anything, any positivity at all.

Having trouble finding things to eat ? Buy this book!

This is the first cookbook I've found that doesn't contain things I'm allergic to, I can use every recipe in the book! Great for people who have multiple allergies like gluten, corn, dairy, soy, etc.

The recipes are easy to follow, tasty and very healthy. They do, however, involve ingredients like stevia, arrowroot and amaranth flour which may not be easy to get in some places.
